For Immediate Release Becky Stilling Joins Delegata as GM of Operations Sacramento, CA - March 18, 2008 Delegata, a premier management and technology consulting firm, announced today the addition of Becky Stilling as Delegata’s General Manager of Operations. Becky is an executive level leader with over 20 years of experience in the financial services and government sectors. She has extensive business management experience including managing profit and loss, strategic planning, technology system implementations, work force optimization, revenue growth and cost management. Kais Menoufy, Delegata President and CEO stated, “With Becky’s experience leading and managing fast-growing organizations such as EDFUND, we know she is going to be a great addition to our team. She is tasked with a significant responsibility to manage and optimize our operations, internal processes and infrastructure so that Delegata can provide the same high levels of quality and service to our clients while accepting more new business than we have in the past. Our greatest purpose is to provide a unique partnering relationship for our clients where they receive first-class service and feel that the entire company is working just for them. Becky will lead the operations efforts to equip Delegatans with our unique high-quality and service characteristics in a rapid-growth environment.” Prior to joining Delegata, Becky was the Executive Director for Nelnet where she was responsible for effectively managing 225 staff which provided outsourced operations and technology to financial aid providers. Before Nelnet, Becky served for 6 years as President of EDFUND – a nonprofit auxiliary of the CA Student Aid Commission the second largest student loan guarantor in the nation. As President of EDFUND, Becky was responsible for managing 650 employees. During her tenure, annual loan volume tripled from $2 billion to more than $7 billion. Also during her tenure, EDFUND’s revenue increased by 230% while keeping expense growth to less than 2%. This resulted in more than $300 million in surplus income which was used in part for Cal Grants to students, early outreach programs, loan fee waivers to borrowers and other public benefit programs. Becky also has 15 years of experience as an employee in California state government with management roles such as Deputy Director of Operations for the Student Aid Commission. Her experience in leading organizations through transformation qualified her to be the ideal candidate for Delegata’s General Manager of Operations role. “The opportunity to work in the fast-growing, high-energy Delegata environment was an exciting prospect. I was looking for a place where excellent customer service, high quality, and integrity were leading values - and I found it. My past experience and natural strengths fit very well with Delegata’s mission and growth projections. I’m excited to be a Delegatan and am looking forward to the journey ahead!” stated Delegata’s new GM of Operations, Becky Stilling. About Delegata Transformation is the journey of change.
