Top CEO Profile in Sacramento Magazine Sacramento, CA - March 7, 2007
Delegata delivers world class IT and eBusiness solutions, customized for each client, that bridge their existing systems with innovative technologies. This dynamic company believes there are no limitations or restrictions to what can be imagined or achieved. The unsurpassed quality of their work, their impeccable customer service and sterling reputation sets them apart from traditional consulting organizations. Only 7 years old, this company has won over 20 awards for outstanding projects and recently moved to the “Delegata Building” off Garden Highway and Interstate 5. When Kais Menoufy founded Delegata, his goal was to have the first globally recognized company to be headquartered in Sacramento. Delegata’s success in Sacramento has surprisingly kept them busy in the California region with international projects forecasted to start next year. As his company believes there are no limitations or restrictions as to what can be achieved technologically, Menoufy believes the same applies in international relations. As he says, “People are thirsty to reach out. People want peace on every level.” In addition to spearheading projects in organization change management and complex project management, Delegata has two philanthropic programs to share their success with the community; locally and internationally. The first, “Building Bridges”, draws people together through various cross-regional growth opportunities involving culture, education, research, agriculture, technology and more. Through this initiative, Delegata sponsored the first Sacramento World Music and Dance Festival as well as the annual Call for Unity concert. They work with many universities, here in California and internationally to exchange research, faculty, students and provide scholarships. This spring, Menoufy has arranged a summit for chancellors from 9 different universities around the world to discuss and launch programs designed to better relations within the global community. “Closing the Gap” uses a three pronged approach designed to provide opportunities to those who would not otherwise have them. Partnering with the Sacramento Police Foundation, California high schools and universities, the Sacramento Board of Education, Sheriff’s office and Children’s Home, the first prong is Preparation: providing coaching and mentoring. Next comes Education: in the form of scholarships and grants and third, Provision: providing internships and recruiting other companies to open their doors to these students. What is Menoufy’s motivation? “I have a responsibility to share all the gifts God has given me - with my clients, my staff, and the community.”
