Delegata Partners with the Center for Digital Government to Present the First Annual Leadership Forum: The Diamond Circle

Sacramento, CA - March 3, 2006

Delegata, a premier technology consulting and systems integration firm, announced its First Annual Leadership Forum: The Diamond Circle. Presented in partnership with the nationally recognized Center for Digital Government, the forum will be held at the Sonoma County DoubleTree from March 23 to March 25, 2006.

The Diamond Circle is an interactive forum bringing together the information technology and strategy leaders of California who are responsible for driving change and building collaboration. This two day event will be highly interactive and will result in the group formulating an action plan for collaborative change based on mutually identified priorities.

Enterprise Architecture, Shared Services, PMO and Portal have been key recurring themes in the CA IT Plan. With ‘Collaboration & Shared Solutions’ as the theme for the First Annual Diamond Circle, state agency participants will find a forum to share and discuss current projects as well as areas for potential collaboration. Delegata President and CEO, Kais Menoufy, states “This leadership forum will be unique in that it will require collaborative participation from all attendees throughout the event. We are calling it ‘Collaboration ‘IN’ Action’ with an emphasis on active collaboration. We will utilize an online collaborative meeting application so that comments and feedback can be captured simultaneously in real time and the breakout sessions will feature facilitated discussions and case studies from the agency leaders themselves.”

Cathilea Robinett, Executive Director of the Center for Digital Government (CDG) and Executive Vice President of the parent company eRepublic Inc., is one of the featured keynote speakers at the Diamond Circle. “It is a very timely forum considering the current changes and growth in the State of CA. To bring the agencies together to discuss specific areas where they can take advantage of shared services and realize gains quickly will not only improve the internal processes of the separate agencies but will also enhance the efficiency of their mutual operations and provide better citizen services as well.”

Delegata and CDG are combining forces to deliver a customized action plan based on the collaborative breakout sessions and participant feedback at the conference. Before participants depart, they will have an executable, detailed document in hand to take back to their respective departments. “We are very excited to be working with the Center for Digital Government of eRepublic on such a significant endeavor as they are the leaders in government technology analysis and research.
