Best Solutions Awards

While this is the 9th consecutive year for Delegata to receive a Best Solutions Award, it is the second year that our partnerships with our clients have garnered 2 Best Solutions Award wins. The 2009 GTC Best Solutions Awards were awarded to the Department of Justice for the Enterprise Quality Assurance Framework (EQAF) and to the California Department of Insurance (CDI) for the Online Assistance System for Insurer Submittals (OASIS).

Best Solutions Award | OASIS

The California Department of Insurance (CDI) is the largest consumer protection agency in the state and regulates almost one-tenth of the California economy. OASIS is a leading initiative in CDI’s mission to conduct paperless operations. OASIS allows insurance companies to submit applications and make payments online. These applications are then routed through an electronic workflow tool to CDI staff who review and process paperless applications. Best Solutions Award | EQAF

The California Department of Justice (DOJ) Hawkins Data Center (HDC) provides mission-critical services to DOJ and over 800 criminal justice agencies. Information technology enhancement projects have a very large impact on operations, customer service, and DOJ’s ability to carry out its mission to support law enforcement including officers on the street. Systems development needed to become standardized to mitigate risks and increase effectiveness. DOJ partnered with Delegata to develop the Enterprise Quality Assurance Framework (EQAF). EQAF enables development teams to reliably deliver products with higher quality into a controlled infrastructure environment. Download the project profile here.
