• Elegant Design (Best Fit between Common Sense and Change)
  
  The Elegant Design award will recognize innovative but practical solutions that have resulted in a substantial improvement in financial or operational performance and service delivery capacity.
• Applied Creativity (Best Fit between New Technology and Government)
  
  The Applied Creativity award will recognize applications of new technologies to solve intractable (hard to manage or stubborn) problems in the public sector.
  
• Reinvention (Best Fit between past and Future)
  
  The Reinvention Award will recognize modernization efforts that extend the value of – and take the pejorative (the worsening) out of “legacy”
• Tailored Teams (Best Fit between People)
  
  The Tailored Teams’ award will recognize when integrators make teams materially bigger and better than they were.
