Sean Salehi : Director of M&A and Alliances
As Director of M&A and Alliances, Sean Salehi is responsible for Mergers and Acquisitions and corporate strategy. Prior to joining Delegata, Sean was the founder and Managing Director of SAI, a San Francisco Bay Area privately held company providing strategic guidance, interim management and mergers and acquisitions services for emerging and established companies. Sean is currently on the board of Runtime, a software technology company out of NYC.
Sean brings over twenty years of global experience in the areas of corporate management, strategic and financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, turnarounds, P&L, e-commerce, product management, R&D, management information systems for various industries such as retail, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, distribution, ecommerce and financial services.
Sean has served as Senior Vice President of Global Products and Chief Technology Officer for QRS Corporation. Prior to joining QRS, Sean was Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer at Fair Isaac, a software and services company serving the financial services industry based in San Rafael, California. His career also includes ten years with Hewlett- Packard, as well as CIO positions at MagneTek Inc., a $2B global manufacturer of electrical and electronics products, and Cypress Semiconductor, a $700M global manufacturer of Semiconductor products.
Sean holds an MBA from Marshall School of Business, University of Southern California and a Bachelors degree in Computer Science from California State University at Northridge.
