Nicolle Goldman, PMP : Senior Chief Principal

As Senior Chief Principal at Delegata, Nicolle is responsible for enterprise knowledge management including the capture and communication of project processes, standards, and deliverables for Delegata’s enterprise-wide knowledge repository – Diamond Mind. She is also the driving force in enhancing and expanding Delegata’s world-class methodology framework – our Diamond Methodology. In addition, she is the executive leading the corporate Project Management Office (PMO) and other enterprise systems and she leads Delegata’s preparations for the future by continuously expanding our set of corporate assets to support successful projects for our customers.

Nicolle is a PMO leader and creator of tools and productivity aids used by project managers. She has over twenty years of leadership and execution experience covering the full information systems life cycle including fifteen years in project management. Her expertise in onsite, offsite, and offshore delivery models supplements Delegata’s Diamond Mind repository of best practices and “lessons learned”. She has led teams of up to 200 people to plan, estimate, staff, manage scope and risk, identify and resolve issues, report progress, and enable the success of projects. She obtained her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in 1999 and has served on the PMI-SVC Board since 2000 in a variety of roles (including President).

Prior to joining Delegata, Nicolle held executive positions at American Management Systems (AMS, now CGI-AMS), Covansys, and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture). Her previous roles have included Project Executive, West Region Public Sector Client Delivery Executive, Branch Operations Manager, Program Manager, Project Manager, and Account Manager.
