Representing the Sacramento Police Department, Albert received the 2008 Best of CA Award for “Most Innovative Use of Technology” for the Automated Vehicle License Plate Recognition Program. Albert’s holistic view of transformation through innovation, leadership, and technology has enabled him to lead dynamic initiatives and foster relationships across the globe. His addition to Delegata’s Senior Management Team will extend his knowledge and expertise to Delegata’s clients, employees and business community.
