Brian Lee : Senior Chief Principal A Senior Chief Principal at Delegata, Brian Lee is also our Organizational Change Management (OCM) Practice Lead. He is responsible for supporting the executive team’s realization of our vision by facilitating organizational change required for the effective execution of our business plan. He leads a team of change agents who deliver leadership services that augment Delegata IT solutions by equipping people and their organizations for continual progress. Brian has over 25 years of experience in IT projects in state government, healthcare, biotech, banking, finance, manufacturing, transportation, and the USAF. He is a gifted facilitator who knows how to bridge the gap between people, business, and technology. Brian has a successful history of partnering with senior business and technology leaders to design and implement change initiatives that produce systemic organizational capabilities. Brian brings to Delegata a body of knowledge which allows organizations to remove the barriers that limit the rate at which they can grow and produce new innovations. This is the result of 15,000 hours of Ph.D. level research over the past 20 years investigating what works and what does not work in the area of organizational architecture and enterprise performance. This enables a holistic approach to realize business goals. Prior to joining Delegata, Brian operated his own OCM consulting practice for thirteen years serving clients such as Genentech, Siemens, Charles Schwab, Kaiser Permanente, Bank of America, State of Louisiana, State of New Mexico, State of Alaska, and Oneida Nation of Wisconsin.
