Albert Nong : Technology Director

As Delegata's Technology Director, Albert is responsible for determining the strategic direction of corporate information systems and eBusiness architectural solutions. He also develops eBusiness strategies for client architectural solutions, integrating heterogeneous systems with Internet technology to enhance customer service.

Albert provides strategic and technological vision for Delegata. His knowledge includes over 18 years of technical and management experience in the development of large-scale business systems, most recently web-based e-business applications. Albert's software and systems engineering background is supported by excellent analytical, organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.

Prior to joining Delegata, Albert led complex technical application projects at Vision Service Plan as well as Output Technology Systems. He has a strong track record of successfully leading a number of development efforts, including large- scale projects for the California Public Employees Retirement System (CalPERS), Honeywell, IBM, the California State Department of Corrections, Hewlett Packard, and the County of Sacramento. Albert is also an e-business solutions instructor for the UC Davis Extension Program.
